This policy explains what information Woodfox Coffee Company (“Woodfox Coffee,” “we,” “us”) collects when you visit woodfoxcoffee.com or contact us, and how we use it. We aim to collect as little as possible.

Information you choose to send us

Our contact and wholesale forms open your own email app with your message addressed to us. We receive only what you choose to send: typically your name, email address, message and, for wholesale inquiries, your business name, business type, estimated coffee needs and (optionally) phone number.

We use this information only to reply to you and, for wholesale inquiries, to discuss a potential partnership.

Information collected automatically

• No analytics or advertising tracking. This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies.
• Hosting. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like most web hosts, GitHub may process technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site and keep it secure. See GitHub’s privacy statement for details.
• Images. Some photographs are currently loaded from Unsplash (images.unsplash.com), which receives standard request data such as your IP address when those images load.
• Fonts and video are served from our own site, not from third-party font or video services.

Online ordering (future)

Online ordering is not yet available. When it launches, payments will be processed by a third-party payment provider [owner to confirm provider, e.g. Stripe, Square or Shopify]. We will never receive or store your full card details. Your cart may be stored in your browser’s local storage on your own device. This policy will be updated before ordering opens.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to run our business (for example, our email provider), or when required by law.

Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to respond and maintain business records[owner to confirm retention period], then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailinghello@woodfoxcoffee.com.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
